Race against the clock. Be sure to bring your fast Corvette - No helmet required. . Held at the Texas Motor Speedway Bus Parking Lot.

There is a $10 registration fee for each participant driving the car.

Note: If you sign up for the Autocross, please be aware that its times overlap those of the Bureau of Engraving Tour and the Road Course Seminars. You still can sign up for all three activities but may only be able to compete in earlier or later Autocross runs. It you plan on attending the Road Course Seminar, you may want to sign up for the 3:00 pm session.

What makes a car “Modified”?

A car is considered modified if, in the opinion of the Autocross Coordinator or designee, it has any of the following:

1. Wheels that are larger in diameter or width than the stock size for the model year.
2. A modification that significantly enhances the handling of the car over stock performance (such as coil over shocks)

What makes a car “Race Ready “?

A car is considered race ready if, in the opinion of the Autocross Coordinator or designee, it has any of the following:

1. Tires specifically designed for racing (R compound or tread wear less than 180, even if DOT rated)
2. A modification that would keep the car from being street legal

Note: There is NO entry fee for the Bureau of Engraving Tour. Tour information will be available the Marriott Hotel Ballroom, Bureau tours start at 9:00 AM. Maps and directions will be available, join up with others or head out on your own for the short distance to the Currency Center for the tour. Be aware that the center does not allow any purses, bags, cellphones or cameras in the facility and you will be required to go thru their security screening. The finish time is 3:00 PM. Attend a FREE seminar on Road Course Driving conducted by Total Driving Experience. While not required, this seminar is HIGHLY recommended for anyone who is signing up for Sunday's Track Day at TMS.

There will be two seminars: 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm

SEATS ARE LIMITED.

You may choose to attend either the 1:00 pm seminar or the 3:00 pm seminar.

There are no "Classes" for the Show-N-Shine. The "Top 40" vote getting Non Member Cars and "Top 40" Member cars will each receive an award.

You will need to enter the "Custom C1-C7" class if you have made three (3) or more of the following modifications to your car: Paint, Interior, Engine, Wheels, and/or Body.

Ready to sell your Vette? Get your car in front of hundreds of potential Corvette buyers right outside of the show. $25 fee is for ONE (1) Corvette only. Additional cars must be registered separately. SORRY- NO DEALERS

Saturday Evening Dinner - Held in the Marriott Ballroom - Live Auction held after Dinner. Awards Presentation. Silent Auction will commence after the Live Auction.

The $35 charge is for one (1) meal only. Each person attending the dinner will require a reservation

Enjoy lots of ‘Vette driving activities. Take laps around the TMS Oval Course or the Road Course will test your driving skills. Fee is for your Car. Anyone driving will need to sign a release from the Track and obtain a wristband.

Track Day Rules: Helmets are required to participate on the Road Course (Motorcycle Helmets OK.) There will be loaner helmets available.

Companions in the same car as the registrant DO NOT have to pay but MUST sign a track waiver.

Pre-order an official 2016 Lone Star Classic T-Shirt for pickup at the Classic. Limited quantities of additional T-Shirts in assorted sizes will be available for purchase during the three day event.

Registration after May 5, 2016 will be charged a LATE REGISTRATION FEE of $20.00
